Aaron's was one of the worst experiences I ever had when it came to customer service. I did a payment plan at this location a little over a year ago and I will never return and advise everyone to shop around before coming here. I was paying on a 40 inch tv that all the sudden stopped working. When I took it in they said they'd fix it. I come back in 3 weeks later and they still haven't fixed it, but gave me a loner 32 inch tv... much smaller than the 40 inch, but it was only for the bedroom so I was okay with it for the time being. I called them multiple times throughout the next two months trying to figure out what was wrong with my tv and they just kept giving me the run around and they'd say they would call me back and never would. They even had the nerve to ask if I just wanted to keep the 32 inch tv even though I was paying for a 40 inch tv and was almost done with my payments. Finally they gave me a newer tv than the one I originally had but even after the HUGE hassle I went through I ended up with a 39 inch tv because they didn't have an 40 inch tvs and mine apparently couldn't be fixed... It took them 3 months to tell me that. You end up paying 2-3 times what the item is actually worth and they still try to screw you over, so it's better to just save up and buy a tv from Walmart on Black Friday or when you get your tax return and go to Farmer's Home Furniture for any furniture you may need! Trust me you'll regret renting to own from here.

Extremely disappointed with this store my husband and I rent both a living and bedroom set from here for 2 months now we received a damaged "brand new" couch it took over a month for them to come out and stitch a torn cushion the lamp shade to the lamp they didn't completely break during delivery is very shaky and stained and on top of that due to the employee who entered our contract in wrong not once but twice has caused us to be out over $100 that we had paid extra at the beginning of the contract we also have been told multiple times it would be fixed and nothing yet received a call today saying we were "late" again so therefore it STILL hasn't been changed I will take my business elsewhere for any additional furniture needs!!!
